The Good of Frozen
The world has just seen such a beloved company make such big marks in what they do best. Frozen has been one of the most searched and bought album on ITunes since it came to theatres last November. Disney being one of the most popular and most beloved companies for centuries, Mr. Walt Disney has made a huge impact on the world just as he had wanted, I'm sure he is looking down at us with a big fat grin across his face. Not only was he a genius but today, his accomplishments are worth about $4.8 million as of 2012 which has mostly likely doubled to $6 million, especially after Frozen's massive earnings. As Disney fans alike came rushing in, it would create a new fandom of Frozen fans which has added to the hundreds of fandoms all across the grid. But we knew It was gonna be big, right? Not only was this movie awesome in Disney Movie-Goers eyes, it was even bigger in critics. Ends up, this movie may be Disney's biggest of the year.

The Music:
Disney is a massive part of the music industry and it just keeps impacting people through the years. Frozen is no exception, being on ITunes Top List of Albums for months!
• Most Popular
 - Let It Go
Fan-Favorite
 - Do You Wanna Build A Snowman?

My Review:
I have waited months to see this movie and when I did, I loved it just as much as everyone else. This movie was mystifying and beautiful with its ice magic. Olaf was absolutely adorable and full of the fun we all love about Disney movies. The music was fantastic and catchy-- as usual! But the part I loved the most was all about Elsa and Anna. Not only does it remind me of sibling love but how great a story can be with it. There was just too much of this movie to love and I could go on forever but it is defiantly a fan-fave that no one will forget.
I rate this movie 5 out of 5 stars

Spotlights:

- Posing with Paint
When Anna was singing this part of First Time In Forever, I absolutely loved how it showed her joy side by "playing with the portraits" upon the wall. Not only would this be fun to do in real life but who seriously has portraits that big? Gotta love Disney's genius when it comes to objects. Keep up the good work!

- Let It Go Scene
Ok this is a huge scene in everyone's eyes so I have got to share it. Not only was this scene was visually stunning, it also has a reason behind it. It shows Elsa's feelings very hardcore and creates a world where she is free which I loved. Who doesn't have their own quiet place? Elsa has obviously found hers in this scene and that is what made it so great. Of course, the song would make it better nested among its quota and being the most popular song of all, it has defiantly made the statement it was meant to.

-Anna Meeting Kristoff and Sven
Don't know about you but the moment Kristoff walked through that door covered  in snow, Anna had a instant connection with him. It would become more obvious in the bobsled as they'd meet eye to eye. Gotta love a romance you know will happen even before it does! Not only were they a great match but a unique one at that. But we all know a Disney movie is not a Disney movie without a love connection somewhere. This one is one of few I want to see more of in the future.

- Introducing Olaf
Being one of the most loved characters in the movie, Olaf is a snowman with huge meaning behind him. Although it took Anna a little longer to realize what he meant, it never stopped her to get to know him. He is a hug-loving sweetheart who knows what love means. This character is a big influence on the movie despite what he is and why in the world he loves summertime. I would give him a hug, wouldn't you?

- The End that Unfroze
This hug was the one that saved Anna's life. It was also the scene that unfroze the whole kingdom. When Elsa realized what she has done, everything was about to change. Once the world returned to summer, it became a better place. But the love between Elsa and Anna was the answer to it all in the end. Just proves that love is powerful and we can't survive without it.

Fun Facts:

Elsa the Ice Queen
1) Elsa is the second Disney queen with powers, Rapunzel being the first
2) She was intended to be the villain until Let It Go was heard
3) She is 21 years old
(Source: IMDb)

Behind the Tale
Frozen was based on a fairy tale called: The Snow Queen which was pretty dark that included talking ravens and a woman they meet who is known for witchcraft

Where We From?
The movie was either based on Poland or  Hungarian which was based on the Vikings and Sweden. This explains the bright colors and animal furs

Bring Me A Reindeer
Walt Disney Studios brought in a real reindeer to help with their design of Sven. They did the same for Lion King, bringing in actual adult lions and cubs

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoyed this one too! I'll be here again eventually and I'll make sure to bring you some more Disney. Have one you want me to do? Give me a comment below!

Movie Review: House of Wax (2005)

Brief Summary: A group of teenagers become stranded by the town of Ambrose while on the way to a Football game. Couple Wade and Carly are the first to visit the town as the their friends aren't far behind to follow. Soon, siblings Carly and Nick discover it to be a rather terrifying place where the townspeople and visitors alike are literally put up on display

The Cast:
-Elisha Cuthbert (Carly)
-Chad Michael Murray (Nick)
-Brian Van Holt (Bo/Vincent)
-Paris Hilton (Paige
-Jared Padalecki (Wade
-Jon Abrahams (Dalton)
-Robert Ri'cards (Blake

Time To Time:
Originally a hard-hit film by critics for its terrible outlook and generally unappeasable, this horror movie was one of the laughing stocks for a long time to come. But today, the film has been making a comback in its general area. The horror genre taste however is always changing which most likely gave this movie it's well deserved recognition. There is many more getting interested into the idea of it and seem to enjoy it. It has proven that movies can go from low to better after a few years of release and oh of course, a little something called Netflix

My Review:
When I first saw this movie, it has to be one of very few that actual made my skin crawl. This has to be one of the best movies to watch for a marathon if you are a fan of the gorey or just plain weirdness. The killers are unexpected and in a way, very crude without the scary factor. Jared and Chad being the two hunks along with the most notable personalities, they did a super job on portraying their characters along with Brian and Elisha. However, Jon And Richard didn't seem to be horror movie material, lacking in character and screams. And quick note: don't go to a wax museum after watching this movie--not smart!
I rate this movie 3 1/2 stars out of 5

Spotlights:

 -Wade's Death

Ok, maybe a bit unnecessary and cruel to all us Jared fans (I cried the second time when I realized who he was) so yes, I agree. The whole waxing process before being shown off was even good! However, apparently you should keep blades away until it hardens completely. But anyways, despite a horrible part to watch, it was also one of the best. Probably one of the most gross scenes of all and unexpected, it made for good big screen.
WARNING! GORE BELOW

This picture is after he was waxed. The ripping of the wax layer was an accident on Vincent's part. He would die instantly after this had happened. Terrible way for one of Jared's characters to die.

 -The Hunt Is On

I have to be honest with you, the moment you realize a killer is on your tail, the best thing to do is to play hide and seek-- not! Although, in House of Wax's case, hiding was the best times to see the townspeople in all their glory-- literally! In the run for their lives, Nick and Carly visit such places as the movie theatre (pictured above), the chuch and stole weapons from the sporting goods shop. Talk about being creeped out than usual by no one around you moving.

 -The Ending

Sometimes it is sad when a movie ends but sometimes not. This one was no exception to the rule that an ending can be wicked. When a whole place made up of wax-- one of the easiest manageable materials in the world is caught up in flames, it's pretty damn cool.

Some Fun Facts Before I Go:

Oops Factor
Believe it or not but the director got in trouble by the authorities in Australia for  setting the House of Wax museum on fire--oops!

Care For Some Wooden Shoes?
Carly (aka Elisha) actually had a small version of stilts strapped to her shoes. As we know, Jared is a tall guy (he is 6'4") so it is not surprised the poor girl needed some man-made help. This explains why her height kept changing randomly.
(Source: IMDb)

Location Mishap
The movie was filmed in beautiful Australia but it had a lot of geographical errors. It is suppose to be set in Louisiana which doesn't have gum trees.
(Source: IMDb)

Supernatural Where Thou?
This movie was released May 6th 2005 which is just 5 months from Jared becoming Sam Winchester in Supernatural. They are both turning 10 this year.

Alright guys, I'm glad you decided to join me in celebration of this movie's 10th birthday. I hope you have enjoyed it. Fret not, Kit-Kat shall return for another sometime.

Movie Review: Need for Speed

Brief Summary: A convict just released from jail for street racing, is framed by his ex-partner for the death of one of his own. While in a pinch, he offers Tobey to build a very rare Shelby Mustang to help his struggling custom car business. Tobey would accept it but with revenge on the mind, he'd learn about Dino's secret race. After the Mustang is sold to a Britian company, he begs the new owner if he could drive it in the race. Oddly enough, he will allow him to take the keys but it comes with his associate, Julia who travels with Tobey on an action pack adventure to California.

The Cast:
-Aaron Paul (Tobey Marshall)
-Dominic Cooper (Dino Brewer
-Imogen Poots (Julia Maddon)
-Scott Mescudi (Benny)
-Rami Malek (Finn)
-Ramone Rodriguez (Joe Peck)
-Harrison Gilbertson (Little Pete)

Better than Fast and the Furious?
When EA first introduced the video games, all racers alike were instantly hooked. I myself am even a player of them and they are amazingly fun! But no fan was expecting this-- a movie based on them. When they first announced the release of a Need for Speed movie, most fans didn't seem to care for it. But once Aaron Paul (better known from Breaking Bad) was to lead, most people were becoming sold on the idea. Amazingly enough, the movie did great when it was released in theaters. The fans were talking about the thrills and most of all-- the cars. Most went to Facebook and commented "This is way better than Fast and the Furious". But was it really? You'll have to see it for yourself to find out-- so which side are you on?

My Review:
I will have to be honest with you, this movie has everything-- cars, action, police chases-- it was a thrill ride. Me being a avid fan of the Need for Speed games, I was expecting much less from it but it indeed showed it had potential. And of course, Mustangs are my favorite sports car so there is always that too being that it was shown as the lead. I love the whole revenge vibe and how it impacted Tobey's thoughts and actions like a race horse. It wasn't all about getting wins and becoming the fastest, it was all about become a great impact. And I loved how it revolved around Tobey and Julia, seeing the connection right away and how it was forfilled later on. It was a racer fan's paradise and I would see it again if I could.
I rate this movie 4 stars out of 5

Spotlights:

-Pete's Death
Although a terrible tragedy, it brought out the worst in Tobey, moving the story along. But a pretty good scene that made CGI the star with the incredible flames and explosion. But hey, at least it didn't actual happen right? Let's just hope this don't happen to anyone in real life. But who seriously doesn't like fire?

-Fly like the Wind, Horsey!
Ok this scene had to be one of the best of the best. For one, it is through a bustling town and two, it is in high pursuit. Now everyone can say they saw a horse fly! This scene all happened because Tobey got the attention of the local authorities which just made this scene even better. If you've played the games, you know hot pursuits can be pretty damn fun so I'm sure this thrill was just as awesome as it looked.

-Race Me Up the Canyon
Not only was this scene filmed in a canyon, it was a magnificent race. They went from a side road to the lip of the canyon and it was an intense edge-of-your-seat moment. Not only was the view great but how this Shelby got across the canyon will amaze you. Benny being in the helicopter flying by, he literally gave Julia and Tobey a lift above the canyon. What a view!

-The End of the Line
May not be the complete end of the movie but it stood out quite a bit. During the big race in California, Tobey's revenge was on his mind the whole way and he'd get up to Dino with full intentions of ending it. But after echoing the exact same move he did on Pete and in the same car, he chose to rescue him. This moment was great because it proved that we all have a choice and Tobey had made the right one. Even after everything, he'd return back to jail for a few months but with a confidence he never had before. Gotta love moral on what has happened in our lives. So this is yet another classic good guy victory in the world of movies.

Fun Facts:

Cars that = $
Nearly half the cars used in this production are some of the world's fastest and come with the biggest price tags. The Konigsegg Agera for example is a 4.6 million dollar car that is illegal to drive in the United States without special permit. Other cars featured include the current world's fastest car holder, the Bugatti Veyron with a whopping speed record of 268 mph!

                                                                           Bugatti Veyron

Wanna see a Drive-In movie?
Believe it or not but the Drive-In movie theatre used in the movie is a real operating Drive-In in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
(Source: IMDb)

Aaron the villain?
Aaron was originally chosen to be the villain. But Steven Spielberg binge watched Breaking Bad and decided with the director that Aaron Paul should not play the villain but the lead instead. Aaron Paul told this to Jimmy Kimmel during his interview.

Video Game Franchise
This movie was based on a very popular video game fanchise called Need for Speed. Each game was uniquely different with its own cars and customization-- you simply race, own the competition and customize all your vehicles to your liking. The franchise is now on its 22nd game release of Need for Speed Rivals.

Ok guys, I hope you liked this one just as much as my last. Feel free to see it for yourself. Happy Easter everyone!
